Field	Required	Meaning
`type`	Yes	`maker`.
`maker_id`	Yes	Your key’s maker. Another maker’s ID closes with `SUBSCRIPTION_DENIED`.
`cursor`	No	Your last applied cursor. Needs `replay:read`.
`account_reads`	No	`true` for `readInvalidated` frames.
`publication_freshness`	No	`true` for a 1 second heartbeat and `publication` checkpoints.
